Investing and working in Italy

We offer legal, real estate, fiscal and tax advice to individuals and companies that already work in Italy or wish to invest in Italy through dedicated departments and directly in English, Polish and Russian.

We are able to support companies throughout the life cycle of the investment, relying on our network of lawyers, surveyors, architects, real estate agents, notaries, accountants and other professionals, both in Italy and abroad, selected to ensure an advantageous economic treatment and a high quality level.

We collaborate with ICE (Italian Trade Agency), Embassies, Chambers of Commerce and other Institutes.

UE transnational posting of workers

As part of the assistance service reserved to foreign companies, we perform all the obligations incumbent on the company posting its workers to Italy, even in the case of cabotage, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. no. 136/2016 implementing Directive 2014/67/EU and the Ministerial Decree of 10.8.2016.

In addition to drafting and sending mandatory notices on posting to the Ministry of Labour, we represent companies before the competent administrative authorities and prepare opinions and analysis of the employment contracts of posted workers in order to verify compliance with the minimum criteria established for Italian employment contracts.
